From Broken Cycles to New Beginnings

When Poverty Forces Small Hands To Work Instead Of Learn, Dreams Fade Early And Childhood Is Lost Before It Begins.

In Pakistan, many factory workers earn barely enough for food and shelter, making education an impossible luxury. Rising inflation forces families to send children to factories instead of schools. This cycle steals childhood and dreams. Child labor is not a choice—it is the result of poverty and limited opportunities.

CATS College works to break the cycle of poverty through dignity, education, and opportunity. We provide free, skill-based training to factory workers and their families, helping them build sustainable livelihoods. By empowering skilled professionals and entrepreneurs, we aim to reduce child labor and create brighter futures.

Empowering Workers Through Education

Empowering Factory Workers & Their Families Through Free, Lifelong Education

Across Pakistan’s industrial belts, thousands of factory workers and their families continue to face limited access to quality education—a challenge that restricts economic mobility, limits opportunities, and reinforces cycles of poverty. At CATS College, we believe every individual, regardless of income, deserves the chance to grow, learn, and transform their future.

Our Journey

Over the past 3 years, CATS College has successfully provided free education and skills training to more than 1,300 students, including children of factory laborers and underprivileged families. These students have not only completed their academic goals, but many have progressed into reputable colleges, skilled jobs, and sustainable career paths. Their upgraded livelihoods are living proof that education is the most powerful tool for empowerment.

CATS College is a leading skills-based education group dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth in Pakistan. Under the leadership of Chaudhary Irfan Ali Bhullar (Founder and Chairman), CATS is committed to transforming lives through high-quality, practical, and affordable skill education.

With campuses across Punjab, including Lahore (Sundar and Bahria Town), Faisalabad, and Multan, CATS College is committed to building skilled, future-ready professionals. Starting with 200+ trained students in 2022, our impact grew to 600+ in 2023 and has now reached over 1,300 students in 2025 across modern skill development programs.

Our Vision

“To create a Pakistan where every child—regardless of background—has access to quality skill education, financial independence, and a dignified future.”

  • Millions of children in Pakistan dream of education but fail due to poverty, lack of opportunity, and limited access to modern skills.
  • Many students cannot afford fees, books, or transport.
  • Thousands of talented youth remain unemployed due to lack of skills.
